Commercial Flip Window
Designed to allow less entry of outside air into the building than normal sliding window. Pivots for easy opening and closing. When open, front edge extends out only 8.5″ from sill. Flip window mounts between mullions for retrofit. Spring loaded dead bolt lock. Brush type weatherstrip.
Specify frame finish: Clear or dark bronze anodized aluminum
Standard size: 21.75˝ wide x 21˝ high overall with a clear opening of 15.5˝ x 17.5˝ high – Custom sizes are available
Choice of glazing: .25˝ Lexan or .25˝ tempered glass
